We receive only the transaction data necessary to issue licences, provide support and fulfil our legal obligations.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser. Nothing about your visit is kept once you leave the page.

When you arrive from an advertisement, the link may carry campaign parameters (such as the campaign name and, outside the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the advertising platform's click identifier). These parameters stay in the page address while you browse and are sent to our servers only when you download the application or start a purchase, so that we can tell which campaign led to it. Click identifiers from visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are discarded on receipt.

When you download the application, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for up to one hour so that the installer, when you run it, can be matched to that download. The hash cannot be reversed into your address and is deleted after the hour.

The Rapid-Cleaner desktop application itself does not use cookies.
